Whitetail Deer,  Black Bear, & Turkey Hunting in Michigan

I would have to say our accommodations range from good to great.  My camp is a large barn, which I completely renovated, feature high ceilings and exposed beams. My hunting camp has wood and rock walls, mounted heads everywhere, pool table, comfortable chairs, and fireplace/wood stove to sit around to relive the day’s events.  We have all the normal expected household amenities such as, full bathroom with large shower etc..  Since we have room to spare, our camp has a sauna.  You won’t feel like you are staying in some ones house, or the Holiday Inn.  Everyone loves our camp. One thing you will always see at Greenwoods Outfitting is that the wood is always stacked when you get here.  We know we can make your time indoors warm and comfortable – So we do just that!

As you can see, this is the barn with the mural painted on it. The first room you will enter is where our hunters keep there hunting clothes away from the camp smells. This is also where their bows and guns will be kept, and where they usually change before and after the hunt to keep their cloths as scent free as possible. There is a full bathroom with large shower next to the dressing room. The next room you will enter is the kitchen/dining area where our cook does his magic. Right off the kitchen you will find a large cedar sauna and the bunkroom. We normally suggest this bunkroom for anyone who may have problems with stairs. Back into the kitchen, up the open staircase to the second floor, you will find the great room with pool table, TV, fireplace, and over 25 mounted heads. There is a bridge that goes over the kitchen to the four other bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is a door off the hallway that leads to the deck and buck pole area. Down the steps from the deck, and you are standing in front of our walk-in cooler.
